 Rairok experiences Senator Alden Bejang is residing at Bubnene weto. It is one of the weto that receive the same treatment to received the curve on the main road as well as the curve at Rubar weto where Senator Kaiboke Kabua resides. Actually, this weto belong to Senator Kaiboke Kabua's father one of the powerful King in Majuro during his times. In fact, in the history of Majuro Atoll main road, only two curves were build on the main road, constructed during the early 1970's in the times of two great powerful and genious leaders also considered devoted man of Majuro Atoll, deceased Iroijlaplap Joba Kabua and Dr. Isaac Lanwi. In memory of the Chief and the Doctor, we always travel on their curves, visiting Laura or Rita. The curves were constructed by the AIC construction company from Taiwan and mostly citizens from Taiwan with the help of local Marshallese helpers. |
